About The Role
We are looking for a Founder's Associate Intern to work directly with our CEO on a wide range of strategic and operational projects. This is a hands-on role for someone who is analytical, highly organized, and eager to experience firsthand how a fast-scaling fintech operates at the leadership level.
The right person will be someone sharp, adaptable, and unafraid to take initiative — but who is also open to guidance and support as they grow into a critical right-hand role. This is an incredible opportunity to learn, contribute meaningfully, and build a deep understanding of what it takes to run and scale a top fintech company.
Key Responsibilities
* Work alongside the CEO on strategic initiatives, project management, and operational execution.
* Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and support business intelligence efforts.
* Prepare internal presentations, investor materials, and operational reports.
* Help coordinate across teams to ensure alignment on key projects and deliverables.
* Analyze data and user insights to support strategic decision-making.
* Assist in identifying growth opportunities and improving internal processes.
* Manage ad hoc projects across multiple business areas, adapting quickly to new tasks.
Ideal Profile
* Highly analytical with strong problem-solving skills.
* Organized, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple priorities.
* Eager to learn, open to feedback, and comfortable working closely with senior leadership.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills (Spanish and English preferred).

Internship Details
* Duration: 6-12 months
* Location: Madrid, Spain (Hybrid or On-site preferred)
* Compensation: Paid up to €1300 per month
