Key Responsibilities Design, build, and manage Power BI and Monday.com dashboards to turn complex procurement data into actionable insights. Deliver high-quality analysis and compelling presentations that influence procurement strategy, category management, and sourcing decisions. Partner closely with stakeholders across the business, building strong relationships and providing trusted insights that drive performance. Support procurement leaders with clear, impactful reporting for leadership and board-level presentations. Develop and refine forecasting tools to support short- and long-term procurement planning. Contribute to projects that improve data architecture, reporting, and system integration. Champion a self-serve reporting culture by providing training, coaching, and support across teams. Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and innovation, helping the Procurement function operate more efficiently and effectively. Tackle challenges around data quality and reporting to ensure consistent, reliable outputs. Step up to take on additional responsibilities to support wider procurement goals as your career develops. What We’re Looking For A strong analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail. Proficiency in Power BI, Excel, and data modelling would be beneficial. Experience working with large datasets and translating them into clear, actionable insights. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels. A collaborative, people-focused approach, with strong business partnering skills. High levels of energy, drive, and ambition to grow within procurement and develop a long-term career in the field. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
