Job Description
As a Part Time Data Administrator your responsibilities include:
* Manage, organise and update relevant data using database applications.
* Interpret complex information and translate it into easily understood data.
* Ensure data quality by conducting regular audits and maintaining updated records.
* Assist with report generation and data analysis as required.
* Provide administrative support to the Secretarial & Business Support department.
* Adhere to GDPR regulations and internal policies when handling data.
* Communicate effectively with team members and other departments.
* Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related tasks as needed.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Part Time Data Administrator should have:
* A solid understanding of database management and data entry.
* Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Access.
* Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
