Job responsibilities
Working as a Community and Social Media Manager your role will include:
* Managing and creating engaging organic and paid content across social media platforms.
* Building a loyal following with the help of influencers and brand ambassadors.
* Identifying emerging trends to grow our audience and drive engagement.
* Working with our internal Creative Services team and external agency to manage content creation.
* Ensuring that notifications and enquiries from a range of channels are responded to promptly, with a high degree of care and attention to detail.
* Monitoring and analysing social media and community metrics to assess performance.
* Providing regular reports on community growth, engagement and campaign effectiveness
* Line management of a small team.
