The client is a regional law firm with offices across West Yorkshire. They offer the full range of legal services to clients across the region and have a specialist Insolvency team who advise clients including businesses, banks and insolvency practitioners.
Job Description
The Insolvency Solicitor will deal with a range of work including;
3. Advising clients on contentious and non contentious insolvency matters.
4. Dealing with a range of work including CVA's, liquidations, administrations and IVA's.
5. Working on a range of files and supporting senior team members on high value matters.
6. Taking an active role in business development
7. Working closely with colleagues in other teams such as corporate.
The Successful Applicant
The successful Insolvency Solicitor should have / be;
8. A Solicitor with a focus on insolvency law
9. Likely to be around 0-5 years PQE
10. An interest to work for a regional law firm
11. A track record dealing with contentious and non contentious insolvency.
12. Ties to Leeds
