Job Description:

We are recruiting for a Videographer.

About the Role:

We're looking for a creative and versatile Videographer to bring stories to life across our group of businesses. In this role, you'll work closely with our Content Creator across platforms like YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and other short- and long-form media to plan, shoot, and edit video content that engages audiences, strengthens our brands, and showcases our services in a compelling way. From short-form social media clips to polished promotional videos, you'll have the opportunity to work on a wide variety of projects that span different industries and audiences.

You'll play a hands-on role in the entire production process, from developing concepts, filming off-site and in-office, and editing content to a professional standard. Collaboration is key: you'll partner with the Content Creator to ensure video aligns seamlessly with wider marketing strategies and campaigns.

This is a brand new, hands-on role perfect for someone with a passion for storytelling, a sharp visual style, and the ability to adapt to different content formats and styles.

Responsibilities:

● Film high-quality video content for social media, YouTube, and branded campaigns

● Collaborate on video concepts, shoot planning, and creative direction

● Edit video footage into engaging content optimised for each platform

● Add motion graphics, captions, transitions, and other post-production elements as needed

● Organise and archive media files and manage content libraries

● Stay up to date on content trends, video styles, and editing techniques relevant to the creator's niche

Essential skills, qualifications and criteria:

● Proven experience as a videographer or video content creator

● Strong skills in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar)

● Familiarity with social media platforms and what performs well on each (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, etc.)

● Strong sense of storytelling, pacing, and visual composition

● Comfortable working in a fast-paced, creative environment

● Ability to work independently and meet deadlines consistently

● Organised, reliable, and proactive in managing projects

● Access to your own camera, lighting, and audio equipment (preferred but not essential)

● Broader IT skills would be desirable, particularly the ability to support wider digital and technical requirements across the group.

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Normal working hours: This role is based on a standard working week of 35 hours, Monday to Friday. However, as filming projects and events may occasionally fall outside of these hours, a flexible approach is essential. Some evening or weekend work may be required in line with the needs of the business, with time managed accordingly.

Salary: £24,000 per annum.

If you're passionate about digital content and video trends and receptive to feedback and creative collaboration, then apply by emailing your cover letter, CV and portfolio/showreel of video content you've created to .
