We are seeking an experienced and ambitious Estate Agency Partner to lead and grow our presence in Banbury. This is a rare opportunity for a motivated property professional to run their own local estate agency business with the support, brand, systems, and marketing of an established organisation. The role is ideal for an experienced estate agent who wants more control, higher earnings, and true ownership without the risk and overheads of a traditional high‑street branch.

Responsibilities
As a Partner you will provide an end‑to‑end service for your customers from valuation to completion of sale. You will build your own customer base, market your personal brand, and deliver an exceptional customer experience. Your work will be fully independent, yet you will receive extensive support from our learning and development team, local property centre, technology and marketing resources, and central lead management and concierge telephony support.
