We are seeking a female Care Worker to join our dedicated reablement team, supporting individuals as they regain independence in their own homes. This is a full-time position offering flexible early (7am-2pm) and late (3pm-10pm) shifts. About the Role As a Care Worker in Portsmouth, you will: Visit clients across the Portsmouth area in their own homes to provide high-quality reablement support. Assist with personal care, medication, meal preparation, and mobility to promote independence. Build trusting relationships with clients and families to ensure consistent, compassionate care. Keep accurate records of visits, progress, and observations. Work within a small, supportive team with full training and ongoing development provided. Requirements We are looking for someone who: Is female (Genuine Occupational Requirement under the Equality Act 2010). Holds a full UK driving licence and has access to their own vehicle. Can work full-time across early and late shifts (7am-2pm / 3pm-10pm). Has a valid Care Certificate (preferred), or is willing to complete training with us. Can start ASAP and is passionate about person-centred care. What We Offer £13.69 per hour (PAYE - no umbrella deductions). Flexible shifts and guaranteed full-time hours available.
