Thispany focuses on projects in the UK and Ireland. They have a very large diverse client portfolio and thepany is continuing to expand. Due to expansion they are recruiting for a Part Time office administrator. This is a part-time permanent position. They can be very flexible to amodate 20-30 hours and can be flexible with the hours too to amodate you. You can discuss the hours that suit you. Pay rate/salary is negotiable depending on experience.
Your new roleAs Part-Time Office Administrator your duties will include:
1. Answering phone calls and dealing with customer queries
2. Acting as the first point of contact for clients, consultants, and contractors
3. Download tenders from the E-tendering website for directors
4. You mayplete certain parts of the tenders includingpany information such as insurance details, banking details etc
5. You’ll organise project meetings, liaise with architects, engineers, and other professionals
6. Input staff’s timesheets onto system for office manager
7. You will manage the filing of important documents such as drawings, H&S policies and other importantpany information
8. Handling enquiries from clients, vendors, and other stakeholders. You’ll provide excellent customer service and address queries promptly.
