The Role:
* Provide high-quality secretarial and administrative support to solicitors
* Prepare, type, and format contracts, completion statements, letters, and property forms
* Manage diaries, appointments, and client communication via telephone, email, and in person
* Open, update, and close files using the firm’s case management system
* Maintain accurate paper and electronic filing systems
* Support billing, timesheets, and general office administration
The Person – What We’re Looking For
* At least 1 years Administration experience in a professional services environment
* Strong typing and document production skills
* Excellent communication and client care skills
* Highly organised with the ability to manage a busy workload and competing deadlines
* Strong attention to detail and ability to manage confidential information
* Proficient in Microsoft Office
