Aftersales Customer Service Manager
Salary £40K-£45K + £4,800 car allowance, 37.5 hours per week, pension, 25 days holiday
To manage aftersales service and spare parts supply for this machinery manufacturer. A customer service-based role, involves visiting customers, account management, and arranging service visits for engineers.
The role
* A non-technical role providing high-level, proactive customer service for the supply of spare parts and service & maintenance visits.
* Typically office based with occasional customer visits
* Customer relationship and account management, proactively maintaining relationships with customers
* Visiting customers post sale of machinery solutions
* Quotes & followup
* Ensuring spare parts are delivered on time
* Working with Head of Engineering to enure service visits are scheduled timely.
Flexible hours 0800 or 0830 start, 1600 or 1630 finish, early finish Friday. 1 day per week from home.
