Health & Safety Manager – Slough – Major Data Centre Project £65,000-£80,000 Benefits Our client are seeking an experienced Health & Safety Manager to lead the on-site H&S team on a major data centre development in Slough. Key Responsibilities: Take the lead in implementing and overseeing all health and safety measures across the site Ensure full compliance with health, safety, environmental, and quality standards Conduct risk assessments, site audits, and inspections to ensure proactive safety management Lead incident investigations and implement corrective actions Liaise closely with project management teams, contractors, and client representatives Promote a positive safety culture and provide guidance and mentoring to the site H&S team Requirements: 5 years’ experience at Senior or Manager level in a Health & Safety role within construction Previous experience leading H&S teams on large-scale projects, ideally with data centre experience NEBOSH Construction Certificate or equivalent qualification Strong working knowledge of UK Health & Safety legislation Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills What’s on Offer: Long-term project with a reputable main contractor Excellent career progression opportunities Competitive salary benefits package
