* Comprehensive training: Classroom training at the Milton Keynes Academy, hands-on experience on house-building sites with mentors, and funded training towards becoming a “Registered Building Inspector.”

What We’re Looking For
* Excellent people and communication skills, verbal and written.
* Some hands-on construction experience in residential house building.
* Good attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
* Keen learner with a drive for continual professional development.
* Strong interest in house building, industry improvements, building standards and safety.
* A construction-related qualification or experience is an advantage but not required.
* IT literate and able to learn new software packages.
* Ability to work as part of a team with a “Can do” attitude.
* Full UK Driving Licence.

Additional Information
NHBC provides dedicated support for staff requiring registration with the Building Safety Regulator as a “Registered Building Inspector,” including training and funding for assessment schemes and registration.
