JOB
PURPOSE
We are looking for Bartenders to join our MMovement
at Mercato Metropolitano
You will have experience behind the bar and will be
a perfect fit if you're...

What
we expect from you:
* Previous experience in bartending, including cocktail making - 1 year (preferred)
* Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
* Competently use EPOS now till system
* Qualified in wset level 2 award in beer
in Beer
* Passionate about sustainability
* Excellent communication and interpersonal
skills
* Great time management
* Enthusiastic and Friendly
* Ambition to grow within the company
Responsibilities:
* Fulfilling customer drink orders
accurately and promptly
* Provides a welcoming environment to
ensure a high level of customer satisfactory
* Opening/closing of the venue
* Working with management to deliver events
and tastings
* Escalate customer, HR and health &
safety issues and concerns to management
* Report any issues with stock or equipment
to management
* Conduct yourself professionally whilst on
Mercato property
* Financial responsibilities - reporting
discrepancies to management
* Following company procedures and carry
out any reasonable request made by management
* Responsible of Health & Safety at
work, including COSHH, and following procedure and training
* To attend training sessions and tastings
when required
