HOB Mechanical Ltd are looking to recruit an experienced HVAC Foreman to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising HVAC installation projects on-site, coordinating engineers and subcontractors, ensuring works are completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.
This is a hands‑on role suited to someone with strong technical knowledge, leadership skills, and experience managing commercial HVAC projects.
Key Responsibilities
* Supervise day-to-day site operations for HVAC installations
* Coordinate labour, materials, and subcontractors
* Ensure works are carried out in line with drawings, specifications, and programme requirements
* Maintain high health & safety standards on site
* Carry out site inspections and quality checks
* Liaise with project managers, clients, and other trades
* Support and mentor engineers and apprentices where required
* Assist in resolving site issues and maintaining project progress
Requirements
* Proven experience within the HVAC industry
* Previous supervisory or foreman experience preferred
* Strong understanding of commercial HVAC systems and installations
* SSSTS or SMSTS preferred
* CSCS card required
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* Full UK driving licence
