Your New Role
As their Management Accountant, your responsibilities includes:
- Preparing monthly management accounts, commentary, and analysis
- Supporting budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning cycles
- Business partnering with non-finance stakeholders to influence decisions
- Providing meaningful insight into performance drivers and cost control
- Balance sheet reconciliations and oversight of transactional accuracy
- Identifying process improvements and supporting finance transformation initiatives
- Assisting with year-end and audit preparation
- Opportunity to support strategic projects, system enhancements
What You'll Need to Succeed
- Part-qualified or fully qualified status (CIMA, ACCA, ACA or equivalent)
- Strong management reporting skills with the ability to turn data into insight
- Confident communication skills and a proactive, business-partnering approach
- Advanced Excel proficiency (Power BI or similar advantageous)
- Commercial awareness and a continuous-improvement mindset
- Experience gained within fast-paced or growing environments
