Join Our Team as a Lifeguard at Butlin's!

Your primary focus will be on guest safety, which means you'll need to have a keen eye for detail while also engaging with our visitors to create memorable experiences. If you have a passion for swimming and love interacting with people, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!
Key Responsibilities
* Monitor pool activities to ensure guest safety and enjoyment.
* Engage with guests and provide exceptional customer service.
* Promote and run exciting poolside activities.
* Work independently and as part of a dynamic team.
Requirements and Qualifications
* Strong swimming skills and the ability to pass the Butlin's swim test.
* Attention to detail to monitor busy pool areas effectively.
* Previous lifeguard qualification is a plus, but not required.
* Enthusiastic individuals who can connect with a diverse range of guests.
Butlin's Swim Test Includes:
* Swimming 50m in under 75 seconds.
* Treading water.
* Surface diving.
* Climbing out of the pool unaided.
Working Conditions
This part-time role involves working 8 hours over the weekend, which can be split between Saturday and Sunday or completed in a single full day. We also have increased hours during school holidays, including half terms, summer, and Christmas!
Compensation
Enjoy a competitive pay rate of £12.71 for all ages 16+.
