* Experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
Preferred qualifications:
* Experience using complex datasets to extract actionable insights, inform creative strategy, and justify budget allocation and Return On Investment (ROI).
* Experience with generative AI tools to transform workflows and creative asset production.
* Ability to lead complex, cross-functional projects and influence VP-level stakeholders across EMEA with exceptional attention to detail.
* Ability to simplify complex concepts for executive leadership while collaborating closely with technical specialists.
About the job
Whether youre on a consumer product (like Gmail, Search, Maps, Chrome, Android) or a business product (Google Ads, AdSense, Google Marketing Platform, Analytics), you take part in a complete marketing experience as you lead every facet of the products journey. From determining positioning, naming, competitive analysis, feature prioritization and external communications, you help shape the product and help it grow a consumer base. This means you work with a cross-functional team across Sales, corporate communications, legal, webmasters, product development, engineering and more. In this role, youll be involved with product marketing strategy from beginning to end.

Responsibilities
* Execute or manage campaigns, assets, communications, and programs to address user needs, team objectives, and objectives and key results (OKRs). Evaluate/analyze campaign performance for optimization, recommend channels for reaching and engaging users, and support, contribute to, or lead integrated channels to meet goals.
* Create, review, or approve marketing content to ensure that positioning of the product is aligned with the product strategy. Iterate the content and design along with cross-functional or cross-regional teams based on content standards, styles, and format, and collaborate with the production team to publish the marketing content.
* Identify research needs and scope. Manage, or guide user research by leveraging internal and external research partners.
