The Role
As Compliance Manager, your key responsibilities will include:
* Overseeing the firm’s compliance with SRA regulations and other professional standards
* Developing, implementing, and maintaining compliance and risk management policies
* Providing training and guidance to staff on compliance and risk matters
* Monitoring and reporting on regulatory changes and ensuring appropriate processes are in place
* Working closely with senior management to ensure best practice across the firm
* Handling data protection and anti-money laundering compliance

About You
* Previous experience in compliance/risk management within a law firm or professional services environment
