We are looking to recruit aVoidsSupervisor to join us, based in St Albans.
About the Role
Joining us as aVoidsSupervisor, you will lead a team as part of a project or defined work stream, driving excellent service standards and achievement of KPIs. You will assess resource requirements and support the management of the day-to-day activity, ensuring that all teamobjectivesare met within overall time,costand budget constraints.
You will manage team performance in line with company policy, ensuring they are clear in terms of their roles and responsibilities.Youllhold regular review meetings and coach, mentor and motivate staff, ensuring development needs areidentified.Youllalsobe responsible forresolving any complaints, informing management, and implementing action plans to address any areas of dis-satisfaction.
Key attributes to this role are as follows:
* Youllhold a Level 3 trade qualification or Supervisor NVQ and a Blue CSCS card.
* Operational management experience/service delivery in trade role - managing operatives and subcontractors performance and KPIs.
* Experience in working at height, scaffolding etc.
* Passionate about service delivery,employeeand resident engagement.
* Can do attitude and attributes perfected to deliver first time fix solutions.
* Delivering a compliant,safeand resilient service.
* Delivering services within budget.
* Strongtrack recordof managing multi-site workforces.
* No hybrid working, must be able to work frommain officelocatedin St Albans
* Good levelof written English e.g. ability to write responses to complaints.
* Good computer skills.
* Good project management skills.
* Good communicationskills e.g. ability to communicate with different stakeholders atdifferent levels.
* Ensure best practice prevails throughout the Regions activities.
About You
You must hold a UK driving licence for a minimum of 12 months.
Withpreviousexperience in void delivery,youllhave experience in management ofdirectoperativesand subcontractors.Youllbe able to work to deadlines/targets.
Holding an NVQ Level 3 in Construction Management,ideallyyoullhold a GoldCSCS Card.
