Accountabilities
* Support the General Counsel with legal matters including commercial contracting and regulatory compliance.
* Act as lead legal advisor for FDA and FTC compliance on dietary supplements and related products.
* Draft, review, and negotiate a range of commercial agreements ensuring legal protections.
* Monitor regulatory trends and translate them into actionable business advice.
* Provide training and guidelines to ensure compliance across functions.
Requirements
* Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school with active bar membership.
* 5+ years of legal experience with FDA and FTC regulatory matters.
* Experience in advertising review and product labeling compliance.
* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
* Proficient in legal research and contract management software.
