Working for AGA as a Sales Executive, you will be required to;
* Contribute to the delivery of the sales and EBITDA budgets through dynamic lead generation, monitoring and conversion.
* Assist the Retail Sales manager in controlling costs and maintaining the budgeted P&L.
* Deliver outstanding customer service and support customers through every aspect of their purchase.
* Ensure store compliance and operational standards are maintained.
We are looking for a proven sales expert who can identify customer needs and offer suitable solutions whilst confidently handling customers queries and concerns. You must be driven to achieve and exceed set sales targets using all the company tools and initiatives designed to support you.

Retail Operation
1. To ensure accurate stock records, stock counting and receipting of stock.
2. Help deliver store standards of excellence in all areas.
3. Contribute to the continuous delivery of store operating standards
4. Act as an ambassador for the Brand.
5. To comply at all times with all health and safety obligations.
6. Competent working knowledge of all in store systems.
People & staffing
1. Work closely with the store manager to ensure that other team members are up to date with product knowledge
2. Deputise for the Retail Sales Manager in their absence
4 days per week
