Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership: Lead the Fostering Support Team with vision and enthusiasm, ensuring high-quality services for children and carers.
Operational Management: Oversee day-to-day operations including case allocation, staff supervision, and team performance monitoring.
Foster Carer Support: Provide expert guidance and ensure carers receive adequate training, tools, and support to deliver exceptional care.
