Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to drive delivery within the Protective Security Transformation Programme (PSTP), the Safe and Well Everyday (S&WED) Programme, and wider Business as Usual changes across the Health Safety and Security directorate. You’ll take ownership of projects from concept through to delivery, ensuring they meet governance standards, are delivered on time, and achieve the highest quality outcomes. Working closely with stakeholders across Digital, Procurement, Learning & Development, Facilities, and Operational teams, you’ll define requirements, create project plans, track budgets and schedules, manage risks, and report progress at Executive level. This is a role with loads of exposure, particularly to digital transformation, and the chance to work in a fast‑paced environment where people genuinely care and collaborate. You’ll be part of a team of six, supported by fantastic leadership that values autonomy, offers flexible working patterns, and a career path with progression options including lateral moves and potential contract extensions.
