Purpose
Continually strive for customer excellence and support Camiras vision by ensuring the customer and Camira are protected from known or repeat issues. Responsible for ensuring product quality standards are consistently maintained, reducing customer concerns and fabric rejects while ensuring a pro-active approach is taken to customer concerns by carrying out timely inspection and testing on non-conforming products.
The day to day
1. To adhere to the Camira Code of Conduct and comply with all relevant quality, environmental, health & safety, data protection, and corporate legislative requirements
2. Contain and report poor-quality fabric, ensuring issues are managed both physically and in the system to minimise customer impact.
3. Support inbound/outbound verification through effective communication with Goods Inwards, Customer Services, ABMs and Supply Chain.
