This a key role supporting the Global Operations Key Account Manager and in particular supporting the network of KN HealthChain Road Logistics offices who execute shipments for this major client. You will be a point of contact in the European Region in case of escalations, to ensure communication is professional and ensuring timely resolution of issues with the client and KN logistics control centre. Responsibilities include performance management, finance management and maintaining standard operating procedures and working instructions. It is possble to cover this role from multiple locations across UK. How you create impact Manage global and regional rate tables, including PFAs, GRT updates, fuel floaters, interim rate requests, new trade lanes/equipment submissions, and distribution to finance and operations teams. Monitor inbound/outbound DQ and ensure 100% compliance across KPIs, including on-time pick-up/delivery, lead time adherence, status timeliness/completeness, NCRs, temperature readouts, and CAPA closure. Support resolution of finance issues, drive escalations where required, collaborate with KN Integrated Logistics and Road Logistics finance teams, and attend weekly finance review calls. Lead Monthly Operational Reviews (MORs), support and attend QBRs/ABRs, maintain escalation matrices and TEAMsite data, and collaborate closely with GKAMs and KN IL/LCC stakeholders. Support implementation of new lanes and product launches by ensuring rates, LRAs, SOPs, training, and full operational compliance are in place. Drive cost and process improvement initiatives through ideation, data analysis, business case development, implementation, and savings measurement in collaboration with CI excellence teams. Produce and present operational and performance reports, dashboards, and analysis to support MORs, internal reviews, and customer-facing discussions. Maintain and update SOPs/working instructions, support audits and CAPA completion, liaise with Supply Chain Integrity teams, and escalate operational or commercial risks while identifying business opportunities.
