Job Title: Clinical Governance Support Officer
We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual with a passion for patient safety, experience, and clinical governance to join NHS Golden Jubilee.
This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the Clinical Governance Department by providing support in feedback, claims, and adverse events management. The post involves assisting staff, patients, and visitors, primarily handling feedback and complaints, with linkage to our adverse event management system.
The responsibilities include performing quality control checks, liaising with colleagues on risk and adverse event management, and contributing to the design of systems and processes that comply with national requirements. The role also involves contact with the procurator fiscal and supporting Fatal Accident Inquiries (FAI). Additionally, the post holder will support service clinical governance forums and contribute to the wider clinical governance agenda.
