Are you an experienced Dimensional or Geometric Integration Engineer looking to take ownership of dimensional quality across major vehicle systems? We’re recruiting a Dimensional Systems Integration Lead Engineer to drive GD&T strategy, tolerance analysis and cross-functional integration through design, prototype and launch phases. In this role, you will manage dimensional requirements for key vehicle subsystems, ensuring robust datum and locator strategies, geometric tolerancing, gap & flush, functional clearances and perceived quality targets. You’ll work closely with Product Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Quality, Metrology and Supplier teams to validate the Bill of Design and Bill of Process using DVA, 3D measurement, APQP/PPAP, root cause analysis and FMA tools. Key Responsibilities * Lead dimensional integration for major vehicle subsystems. * Drive GD&T application, tolerance analysis and dimensional variation studies. * Guide DVA engineers on measurement data, statistics and CDVR analysis. * Support build process selection, tooling/fixture definition and measurement point strategy. * Assess early design concepts, identify risks and support prototype and launch issue resolution. * Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, quality and supplier teams to achieve dimensional and perceived quality targets. Essential Skills * Strong background in Dimensional Management, Geometric Integration, GD&T, and Tolerance Analysis. * Knowledge of Body Engineering, BiW metrology, manufacturing processes, and tooling/fixture design. * Experience supporting cross-functional engineering teams. * Strong communication, problem-solving and stakeholder engagement skills. Desirable Skills * 3DCS, VisVSA, Vis-Mockup, TeamCentre. * Six Sigma problem-solving toolkit.
