Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Service Engineer based in Haydock. Responsibilities include conducting field service operations, troubleshooting technical issues, providing technical support, and performing maintenance and repair tasks. The Service Engineer will ensure the delivery of timely and reliable services in alignment with customer and company needs.
Qualifications
* Proficiency in Troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
* Experience in Field Service and on-site technical operations
* Strong Communication skills for effective interaction with customers and team members
* Expertise in Technical Support and equipment maintenance
* Competence in Maintenance & Repair of utility equipment and tools
* Ability to manage time efficiently and adapt to diverse tasks
* Prior experience in the utility or engineering industry is an advantage
* Relevant technical certifications or qualifications in engineering or a related field
