Job Description
3. Process and validate supplier invoices in a timely and accurate manner.
4. Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies.
5. Prepare and execute payment runs in accordance with company guidelines.
6. Maintain accurate records of accounts payable transactions.
7. Collaborate with internal departments to resolve invoice queries.
8. Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.
9. Assist with month-end closing activities related to accounts payable.
10. Support the Accounting & Finance team with ad-hoc administrative tasks.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Accounts Payable Clerk should have:
11. Experience in accounts payable.
12. Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
13. Familiarity with accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
14. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
