Role Information
The IT Technician will provide first- and second-line technical support, ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of all IT systems.
Responsibilities include:
* Maintaining hardware, software, and network systems
* Troubleshooting technical issues for staff and students
* Supporting classroom technology and learning platforms
* Managing user accounts, devices, and security protocols
* Assisting with system upgrades and new technology rollouts
Requirements
* Experience in an IT support role (education sector desirable)
* Strong technical troubleshooting skills
* Knowledge of networks, devices, and Microsoft systems
* Excellent problem-solving and customer-service skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
