Porsche Retail Group is recruiting for an experienced automotive Service Advisor at our Hatfield Centre. To apply, candidates must have recent experience as a Service Advisor within an automotive dealership.
Role: As a Service Advisor, you play a key role in our customers' ownership experience and the performance of the Aftersales Department. You will combine vehicle technical knowledge with strong communication skills to ensure vehicles are serviced or repaired correctly the first time, promote value-added services, and build long-term customer relationships.
Responsibilities:
* Deliver exceptional customer service aligned with Porsche Service Process
* Communicate technical information effectively to support upselling and meet departmental targets
* Manage workshop repairs and provide regular updates to customers
* Handle direct dialogue interactions, service requirements, and upselling per manufacturer guidelines
* Assist showroom customers with bookings and accessory sales; manage overflow bookings
* Confirm booking details with customers before appointments
* Manage customer vehicles and key allocation on site
* Prepare service invoices with technical explanations per manufacturer standards
* Plan and allocate work to Service Technicians for maximum productivity in coordination with the Service Team Manager
* Ensure compliance with RICS, Warranty Audit, FCA, and complete required training and accreditations
Minimum Attributes:
* Full UK Drivers Licence
* Dealership experience with understanding of automotive systems and repair processes
* Knowledge of FCA principles of Treating Customers Fairly to ensure good customer outcomes
* Strong focus on customer needs and satisfaction
* Experience working in a fast-paced environment
Desirable Attributes:
* Ability to clearly convey information to customers and team members
* Confidence in upselling services and products appropriately
* Ability to contribute fully within a team environment

* Basic salary of £36,075 per annum, depending on experience
