Content Adaptation Manager (Portuguese Speaking)
Location: Remote in the UK
Duration: 6 months initially
My client is a global pharmaceutical company, and I am working with them to appoint a dynamic and experienced Content Adaptation Manager to join their Customer Experience, Content & Partnerships Excellence team. This role requires fluency in both Portuguese and English.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Collaborate with the Agency of choice to deliver high-quality creative adaptations of centrally created content.
2. Oversee the process between the Customer Experience Engagement & Channel Team and the Content Hub Production team, ensuring briefs are received, uploaded, and managed with clear understanding.
3. Work with the Customer Experience Engagement & Activation Director and Agency to understand customer journeys and content plans, and collaborate on creative adaptation or creation of channel-specific content based on the Cx Strategy & Design Master Asset story.
4. Brief the Content Hub Production Team on content production and manage revisions with Asset Owners.
5. Support adaptation of above-market content to local label requirements to ensure compliance and readiness for market execution.
6. Assist in content tracking, demand forecasting, and prioritization processes with the Content Hub to ensure timely delivery.
7. Coordinate with Content Hub and Cx Activation Director to deliver engagement plans via localization.
Key Requirements:
* Fluency in Portuguese and English.
* Previous experience in a pharmaceutical consulting environment or medical communications agency.
* Understanding of the pharma industry market for promotional content.
* Experience in content adaptation.
* Knowledge of local market requirements, especially Portuguese.
* Marketing and content savvy.
* Excellent project management skills.
* Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
* Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
* Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects.
* Experience with DAM/MLR tools.
