Salary bands include:
* Grade 9 - £37,253 pro rata (Basic: £33,253 + Market: £4,000)
* Grade 10 - £37,324 - £40,527 pro rata (Basic: £34,324 - £37,529 + Market: £3,000)
* Grade 11 - £40,629 - £43,928 pro rata (Basic: £38,629 - £41,928 + Market: £2,000)
