1. Qualified HCS in neurophysiology
2. Experience in service management

3. Budget Management qual or exp

4. Demonstrable experience of working independently at a Band 7 Clinical role within Neurophysiology
5. Developing policies and protocols
6. Experience in service managment
Desirable criteria
7. Teaching staff from other professions
Technical Skills Competencies
Essential criteria
8. Advanced clinical skills, requiring precision, accuracy, dexterity such as complex eye-hand coordination tasks such as electrode placement and dexterity and co-ordination for use of diagnostic equipment.
9. Ability to analyse and interpret complex information from patient assessment and interventions, such as specified neurophysiological investigations and freedom to act in managing patients ‘care.
10. Stock and IT management
Knowledge

11. Demonstrable theoretical and practical knowledge of neurophysiological common presentations.
12. Knowledge of national targets
