The Role: In this pivotal role, you’ll work closely with our Nurse Managers and Registered Manager to ensure employees are safe, competent, and confident in delivering person-centred care to clients with complex clinical needs. Key responsibilities include: Carry out on-shift supervisions and competency checks in clients’ homes and schools Support clinical development and identify training needs within the team Monitor and maintain infection control standards, including PPE supply Escalate and address areas of poor practice, ensuring appropriate support and follow-up Collaborate with the clinical and admin team to ensure accurate and up-to-date documentation Participate in CPD and industry events to maintain your own professional development Get involved in our corporate social responsibility programme Available Shift Patterns: This role requires flexibility — you may be needed from 06:00–09:00 or 18:00–22:00, depending on client needs. Essential: NMC registration, knowledge of infection control, community nursing, hands on experience with tracheostomy care, long term ventilation, enteral feeding, cough assist, oxygen therapy and experience training carers or nurses.
