About the Role This Supply and Support Teacher position offers a varied and rewarding opportunity to make a real impact across the school. The successful candidate will work flexibly to provide cover for teachers' planning, preparation, and assessment (PPA) time, short-term absences, and targeted teaching interventions. They will work across different year groups, supporting pupils' learning and contributing to the delivery of a high-quality curriculum. Key Responsibilities Deliver engaging, well-structured lessons across a range of year groups from EYFS to Key Stage 2. Provide effective classroom cover during teacher absences, ensuring continuity of learning. Support small groups and individual pupils to raise attainment and close learning gaps. Collaborate with class teachers and support staff to ensure consistent, high-quality provision. Maintain strong behaviour management and create a positive learning environment in every classroom.
