Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Senior Support Worker to join our team in providing care and assistance to individuals in need. The ideal candidate will have a passion for supporting others and ensuring their well-being.
Duties
- Implement care plans and provide support to individuals
- Communicate effectively with service users, families, and colleagues
- Utilise childcare experience to engage with children where required
- Drive individuals to appointments or activities as necessary
- Utilise IT skills to maintain accurate records and documentation
Qualifications
- Previous experience working with children is essential
- Ability to communicate effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds
- Valid driving licence for transporting service users
- Proficiency in IT for record-keeping and documentation purposes
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Pay: £32,000.00-£38,000.00 per year

* Residential Childcare: 2 years (required)
