Responsibilities
* Management of in-house trades staff, ensuring relevant training, recruitment and development.
* Performance management of in-house staff and external contractors.
* Managing day-to-day maintenance works and enquiries.
* Ensuring compliance works are completed and carried out as required.
* Use of in-house systems and Microsoft packages.
* Feedback and report to senior estates staff.
