Role Description
This full-time role as a Sales Negotiator is based on-site in Southend. The responsibilities include engaging with clients, actively marketing properties to prospective buyers, conducting property viewings, crafting tailored property promotions, and managing negotiations between buyers and sellers. You will play a vital role in delivering an outstanding customer experience and building strong connections with both sellers and buyers to ensure seamless transactions.
Qualifications
Experience in Estate Agency, Sales, or Lettings with a good understanding of the property market.
Exceptional Communication skills to build meaningful connections and foster trust with clients.
Proven ability to deliver outstanding Customer Service, ensuring a comfortable and reliable client experience.
Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills to achieve favorable outcomes for all parties involved.
Self-motivated with excellent organizational skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
A valid driver's license and local area knowledge are advantageous.
