About the Role
BBI exists to help our customers create advances that improve health and save lives. We are seeking a Production Team Lead to join our team. This is a permanent, full-time position based at our site in Crumlin.
The Production Team Lead is responsible for the safety, quality, OTIF and budget delivery of assigned production targets by effectively leading a production team.
Responsibilities
* Deliver OTIF and on‑budget production schedule within safety and quality standards within area of responsibility.
* Daily management and support for the team to efficiently achieve production targets.
* Measure and report departmental KPIs and escalate through tier meeting structure and/or required means.
* Collaborate with production planning & scheduling, technical operations, engineering, QC, QA and relevant functions to ensure efficient allocation of resources and adherence to production schedules.
* Continuously improve production performance, proposing, coordinating and executing corrective and continuous improvement actions (including people, product, process and technology improvements).
* Monitor, control and improve costs within area of responsibility.
* Lead, motivate and develop the production team to achieve production goals.
Qualifications
* Experience in GMP and/or ISO13485 industry.
* Previous laboratory production experience.
* Relevant line management experience.
