Secret Spa is looking for a full-timeSenior Account Executive to join the team in London.
Key Responsibilities
Project & Event Management :
* Oversee the coordination and confirmation of beauty, hair, and wellness professionals for multiple brand events, ensuring the right talent is matched to each activation.
* Manage day‑to‑day project delivery across B2B clients, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and budgets are met with precision.
* Support the planning, logistics, and creative development of luxury pop‑ups, VIP activations, and on‑site event experiences.
* Contribute to pitching event concepts and partnership ideas to clients, helping them understand how Secret Spa Events can elevate their brand experiences.
* Attend and support occasional evening / weekend events to ensure smooth, high‑quality execution.
Reporting, Analytics & Budgeting :
* Log all event details, budgets, and costs accurately to ensure smooth financial tracking and internal reporting.
* Raise and send client invoices promptly, and follow up on outstanding payments to ensure timely cash flow.
* Monitor project budgets closely, keeping costs to a minimum, particularly across larger‑scale events, while maintaining high‑quality delivery.
Client, Therapist & Relationship Management :
* Serve as a key point of contact for brand and corporate clients, managing communications and ensuring a premium client experience.
* Build strong, long‑term client relationships based on trust, responsiveness, and strategic support.
* Develop strong relationships with our network of therapists and wellness professionals, supporting them across events and VIP appointments.
* Act as a key liaison between clients and therapists to ensure everyone is briefed, prepared, and aligned for smooth delivery.
* Foster a positive, supportive environment for therapists, ensuring they feel valued, informed, and motivated when working at Secret Spa Events.
Influencer & VIP Engagement :
* Assist in identifying and managing influencers, content creators, and VIP talent for brand campaigns.
* Coordinate outreach and ensure brand alignment throughout the campaign process.
Problem Solving & Adaptability :
* Handle client or event challenges with professionalism and calm efficiency.
* Stay flexible and solutions‑focused in a fast‑paced, ever‑changing environment.
* Proactively identify risks or issues and resolve them before they escalated.
We’re Looking For Someone Who…
* At least 2 years' experience in event delivery, influencer marketing or a similar logistical role
* A keen interest in beauty and influencers
* Lives in London and able to work some weekends / evenings, if required
* Highly organised, detail‑driven, and able to manage multiple moving parts at once.
* A strong communicator, confident with email, phone, presentations, and client updates.
* Thrives in cross‑functional teamwork but can also work independently.
* Commercially aware, confident with budgets, and able to manage financial tracking.
* Loves building relationships and offering a best‑in‑class client experience.
* Excited to support occasional evening / weekend events (time in lieu given when applicable).
