Your Role:
As a Senior Lettings Negotiator, you’ll generate and book valuations, and may be required to carry out the occasional market appraisal/valuation which will hopefully lead to instructed properties. You will also be conducting property viewings, negotiating tenancies and maximising the overall income and profitability of your branch.
What We're Looking For:
7. Estate Agency experience such as Lettings Negotiator, Sales Negotiator or Estate Agent
8. Able to generate new business in a target driven environment
9. Exceptional customer care/service experience
10. Resilient, positive, organized, numerate, and detail-oriented
11. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
12. Must hold a Full UK driving license.
