Four Seasons Hotel London at Tower Bridge is seeking a Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. This is a key, visible role within the hotel, suited to a confident and service‑driven professional who takes pride in delivering exceptional guest experiences.
The role
As a Front Desk Receptionist, you will be the first and last point of contact for our guests, ensuring a seamless and personalised experience from arrival through to departure.
You will manage check ins and check outs, respond to guest requests, and work closely with colleagues across the hotel to ensure every stay is smooth, thoughtful, and reflective of Four Seasons standards. This role requires strong organisation, attention to detail, and the ability to remain calm and professional in a fast‑paced luxury environment.
What you will do
1. Welcome guests warmly and manage all aspects of arrival and departure
2. Handle check in and check out procedures accurately using Opera PMS
3. Respond to guest enquiries and requests promptly and professionally
4. Coordinate with Housekeeping, Concierge, and Food and Beverage teams to deliver a seamless guest experience
5. Manage billing and payments accurately and securely
6. Provide local knowledge and personalised recommendations
7. Identify opportunities to enhance the guest experience, including upselling where appropriate
8. Maintain high standards of presentation, professionalism, and service at all times
What we are looking for
9. Previous Front Desk or guest facing experience in a hotel environment
10. Strong communication skills and confident guest interaction
11. Excellent attention to detail and organisational ability
12. Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
13. Experience using Opera PMS or similar systems is preferred
14. Positive attitude and genuine passion for hospitality
15. Flexibility to work a range of shifts including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
16. Right to Work in the UK
