Four Seasons Hotel London at Tower Bridge is looking for a Front Desk Receptionist to join our team!
About the Role
As a Front Desk Receptionist, you’ll be the first and last impression for our guests, ensuring a seamless arrival and departure experience. This high-profile role is at the heart of our Front Office team, where every interaction matters. You’ll handle guest enquiries, anticipate needs, and deliver the warm, personalised service that defines Four Seasons.
What You’ll Do
1. Welcome guests with genuine warmth and professionalism
2. Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently
3. Handle guest enquiries, requests, and concerns with care
4. Coordinate with other departments to ensure a flawless guest experience
5. Maintain accurate records and process payments
6. Uphold Four Seasons standards in every interaction
What You Bring:
7. Impeccable personal presentation and outstanding interpersonal skills
8. Previous experience in a similar role within luxury hospitality
9. Strong relationship-building skills and ability to work collaboratively across teams
10. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
11. Proficiency in computer systems (Opera experience preferred)
12. All applicants must hold the Right to Work in the UK
