This role offers exposure to a variety of tasks in finance, customer accounts, and cross-department collaboration. Top 3 Things to Know About this Job: Varied role supporting the team and collaborating across the business Competitive salary - £27,000-£31,000 Full-time, permanent role in a growing company with room for career development The Role: Maintain customer price and product files on a daily basis Support the finance team in resolving process issues and discrepancies Collaborate with the Commercial team to ensure data accuracy for promotions, pricing, and product listings Create new customer accounts in line with business terms and conditions Ensure all month-end processes are completed in line with cut-off dates Generate month-end reports and customer statements Work with the IT team to resolve system issues and improve process efficiencies Provide support to the Field Sales Team and liaise with third-party logistics companies The Person - What We're Looking For At least 3 years' experience in an administration or accounts administration role Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other office applications Strong problem-solving attitude, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure Ability to collaborate with different departments to ensure data accuracy and process efficiency Analytical competency and strong organisational skills Good interpersonal skills with a collaborative team-based approach Understanding of how IT systems integrate with finance to improve processes Strong written and verbal communication skills The Reward - What's in it for You?
