About the Role
:
As a Maintenance Technician within our North branch. Your main duties will be to look after the contract and complete general maintenance repairs, tiling bathrooms, fitting doors and any emergency breakdown repairs where needed.
Role Criteria:
1. Strong knowledge and understand of housing maintenance and repairs
2. Extensive experience in painting and decorating
3. Willing to travel
4. Team player
5. Excellent communication
6. Full UK driving license
All our roles require candidates to have the entitlement to work within the UK, Mears does not currently offer visa sponsorship.
