37.5 hours per week - 16 hours supernumary

For this post you need good understanding of PCS system, medication management strong leadership in order to build and manage a team.
Excellent understanding of dementia and complex care auditing and Clinical Governance.
Other skills required:
We look for strong clinical decision-making land Care Planning anundertanding CQC inspections and requirments Safeguarding and associated paperwork.
Syringe driver experience,Catheterisation,Bloods,Peg Feed,Stoma Care, Good understanding of Mental Capacity Act and Deprivation of liberty. Able to deliver quality care and mentorship to junior members of staff
