General Manager – high‑volume carvery at The Bobbin Carrier, Cleckheaton. Lead from the front, maintain food quality, grow sales through events and local engagement, and build a strong, motivated team.
Accommodations
Management accommodation available on the first floor above the pub. Includes a three‑bedroom main accommodation (kitchen, bathroom and living room) and a separate one‑bedroom flat with kitchen/living area, bedroom and bathroom.
Responsibilities
* Find, grow, and engage the team.
* Accountable for running all aspects of the pub.
* Act in the best interest of staff and customers.
* Develop new ideas to increase sales and growth.
* Create buzz by sharing enjoyable experiences.
Compensation
Salary up to £47,000 per annum plus bonus and a generous benefits package.
