About the Role As a Pastoral Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting students’ wellbeing, behaviour and personal development. You’ll work closely with Heads of Year, safeguarding leads and teaching staff to ensure every student feels valued, understood and supported. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Pastoral Assistant who is passionate about helping young people overcome barriers to learning and achieve their full potential.
