The Role
As a Support Practitioner, you’ll play a crucial role in supporting a young man with Autism in his own home. Your responsibilities include helping with all aspects of daily living such as housework, administration of medication, personal care and the management of personal finances. The young man enjoys an active life with hobbies that include walking, going to the disco, driving, listening to music and bowling. You will help identify new opportunities for participation and inclusion so that he can achieve his personal goals and aspirations.

We recruit on values and transferrable skills, so you don't need experience as a Support Worker or qualifications to start your career with us. You will receive training from our Training Academy including the opportunity to complete an SVQ.
